Alvida !

Alright ..this has to be my quickest update..but tomm by this time i would have left delhi..yes..remember d job i told you guys about?haha..its not in delhi..its in Calcutta.(i still cant say-Kolkata)i know i know what your reactions are going to be like..people have told me on my face Calcutta sucks..its a bakwaas city and what not..the only answer i could manage was now that I am going there it def cant be bakwaas.but yes I personally cant help wishing it had been blore or Mumbai.
So today is my last night here.(atleast for some months now)in my home..in my room..with my comp..with my parents..i was getting really senti while packing things..suddenly there were no clothes in my almirah..my dressing table was all cleaned up..with all my stuff packed in 2 huge suitcases.
I feel I am leaving my whole life here back in delhi..my parents ,my best friend,my didi and jiju ,my college friends,my cousins..who will I fight with on small petty issues??Who will I go and meet when I am totally down and out..Who will I go with for my shopping sprees?who will i have all the masti with??who will i lean on to get some strength??gawddd this looks really really tough...living all alone in a completely ajnabi shaher..i don’t know a single soul in Calcutta..and the worst thing is i have never lived without my family..all on my own..i am getting some real jitters about people i am gonna stay with there..hell i don’t even know who am i gonna stay with!what if they turn out to be a bunch of bitches?
And on top of that its my first time in the corporate world.obviously i am nervous.hows my boss gonna be like?how will the people in office treat me?friends told me in the first few days you’ll be dissected by each and every group..that sucks.i just hope i make some friends there.for eating lunch alone will be the weirdest feeling in the world!
Thats about all my fears...n today was like my last day here n it def was great!went shopping in mall only to realize my car(gawdd i m gonna miss my gaddi soooo much!) had been towed away by a crane for illegal parking!i was like shit!how do i get it back!luckily some guy directed us to the police station..gave a fine n got my car back..then had vodka with chaat (with every bite i was like kahan milegi mujhe Calcutta mein dilli ki chaat!) ..btw vodka with chaat is an awesome combo!..shopped for corporate clothes..while driving on my way back it started raining..and my friend put on rock on songs..it was the ultimate feel...amazing rain..driving on ring road..we even clicked a few snaps!just for memories..i was like cmon d blue sign boards must come into d pic..they adorn saddi dilli di sadken..(when you have no clue when is the next time u’ll be back you tend to find memories in the stupidest things!) i have put the snap here..as a memory..i noe the pic sucks but thats wat u get when u try to click a snap in a moving car with bhari barsaat!)
Anyway i shall sign off now...its getting too late..but yes i have to prepare myself mentally..i might hate Calcutta the moment i reach there..i might be reminded of delhi more than a million times..i might miss my parents like hell...i might have no one to have fun with there..i might get a really shitty boss..i might hate my work..but whatever it is..i am not going to get sad or dejected..this job is more than what i had ever dreamt of ..so ill just do it with all my sincerity and honesty..and whatever kind of people i meet there..however mean they are to me..i m not going to bow down in front of anyone..i am going to be fearless..i am going to explore the city..i am going to have fun!after all i’ll be independent and earning..that itself is the best thing ever!
Ps- guys since i dun hav a laptop and theres no way i am gonna access my blog from my company i might be missing from the blogosphere for some time..till then load sa luv!and take care!!!
